Pilgrim Statue
One of our organisers, who is an artist, has created a statue of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
It is the first wooden statue our artist has ever made and he has built it to our needs: it comes in a box, with handles and can thus be easily transported. It shows the heart, and we have a brown scapular (with the Miraculous and St Benedict medal) and a rosary from Fatima draped about her praying hands.
We had our statue blessed and it has been travelling the country between all the UK Prays prayer groups.
We want to dedicate our country to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and increase in our groups the devotion to Her Immaculate Heart.
The Statue has completed one tour of the country and is now making the journey for a second time.
See below for the route and itinerary of the statue, suggested devotions to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and a gallery of photos.
